Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Return requests may be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging when possible.

Non-returnable items

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned without reasonable care may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
